Football camp for 7th-12th students. The dates of the camp are June 10th-July 2nd & July 9th-July 11th (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) 5pm-7pm. It's free to register your student. This camp will be led by Cass Lake-Bena’s own, A’mirycal “Nike” Diggs. In High School, Nike played varsity football all four years where he was all region 3x, 3x all county/mountain lakes, 2x all state defensive lineman; best defensive lineman award 3x selected to shrine bowl of the Carolinas. After High School, Nike continued his football career at Highland Community College, Itasca Community College, Shaw University and then at Bemidji State University where he graduated. Nike will have two assistant coaches, Daquan Mackey and Jason Wilson, who also have extensive high school and collegiate football experience with various accomplished awards in that time as well. | ||

1:00pm- 5:00pm | Shelly Foster joined the Stanford University Volleyball family in 1994, when she walked on to the #1 Nationally ranked team during the spring of her freshman year. After much hard work and dedication, she became an integral defensive player functioning as a Libero for the 1994-1995 seasons. She was a member of the 1994 D1 National Championship team and a semifinalist in the 1995 D1 Final Four Tournament. Shelly has been a gifted athlete her entire life and believes that it is through hard work and perseverance that we find our strengths and passions. She currently owns her own Native craft supplies business and leads each day as it is a gift from the Creator, dedicating her mindset to create and share mino-bimmaadizwin. | |
